The Titans are a crew of intelligent young Scientist, who uses precious stones discovered from the Earth to create weapons (Sci-fi Blasters and Light Sabers) and other advanced tech.
The Dragon Cop are youths employed and equipped with weapons and military uniform by some government official to terrorize the Titans and get all the precious stones for their selfish gain.
After failed attempts, the leader of the Dragon Cop, Commander Trevor, re-strategize and intends to get these precious stones but the Titans are ready to fight and protect it from falling into the wrong hands.
